Lindsey J. Davis, Founder
Lindsey designs and delivers experiences to help talented and driven individuals become more powerful and persuasive. She has helped members of state and local government, community organizations, and educational institutions craft powerful content, raise money, cultivate relationships, and deliver stories creatively. Lindsey holds master's degrees in city and regional planning and public administration from UNC-Chapel Hill and teaches leadership for entrepreneurs, business ethics, and creative leadership for professionals at the Maryland Institute College of Art.
Court Feldheim, Boxer
Courtney began boxing in 2009 and currently competes as an amateur boxer in and around the Baltimore, Virginia and DC area. Formerly a sixth grade teacher and high school sports coach, Courtney transitioned to full-time trainer in 2012 after finding boxing as a healthy outlet for stress. Courtney has an unparalleled passion for boxing and fitness and is a certified personal trainer, TRX trainer (strength and core), and fitness nutrition coach.
Mel Freeman, Yogi
Once upon a time, Mel attended a couples yoga class with his wife, where most of the other men in the room were also there to keep their wives happy. It would be several years before Mel truly understood the healing and transformation that accompanies a regular yoga practice. Through job stress and a cancer scare, yoga helped Mel's mind, body, and spirit. He practices yoga regularly and aims to make yoga more accessible to people from all walks of life. Mel is a certified RYT-200 instructor.
Jon Brack, Travel Journalist
Jon is a freelance photojournalist specializing in humanitarian and environmental stories, often in geographically isolated locations. Recent assignments have included working in Nepal after their earthquake, photographing endangered species on Midway Atoll, and shooting panoramas in the ruins of Chernobyl for National Geographic's website. He also teaches with Geographic's Photo Camp program instructing youth around the world in how to tell their stories through photography.
By day, Kim is a mental health therapist conducting multi systemic therapy for emerging adults. By night (or whenever she isn’t working), Kim is a boxing superhero. Always drawn to challenge, Kim knew she had met her match when she found boxing. She loves how the sport constantly presents her with something new, provides continuous mental and physical challenge, and allows her endless opportunity to learn and improve. Kim graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a degree in psychology, has her MS from the University of Pittsburgh, and recently competed in her first amateur fight.
Wayne Mcfadden, Jr.
Coach Wayne is a personal trainer and wellness coach who has successfully worked with high performance athletes and individuals serious about making health and fitness gains. Wayne’s ability to connect with clients and build customized and balanced training based on their personal history and fitness goals is paramount. He approaches everything with a “Train for Greatness” mindset, believing that commitment, ambition and perseverance can acheice optimal wellness.
Chef Belinda Prattis
Chef B was 19 and a sophomore in college when a professor asked if she knew anyone who wanted a side job shopping and cooking one day per week. She had never heard of a 'personal chef' before, but figured she was up for the challenge. It would be several years, a masters in global business leadership studies, and a handful of unfulfilling corporate jobs before personal chefdom would become her ‘career home.’ Chef B finally does what she is passionate about, helping clients express themselves, set priorities, and become more confident in the kitchen.
Jessie Benson, FloYogi
Jessie is the founder and creator of FloYo® [www.FloYoFit.com]. FloYo is an international paddleboard yoga and fitness brand leading retreats, workshops, and teacher trainings around the world. In 2012 Jessie left the corporate world to pursue her passion of teaching paddleboard fitness classes full time. Through FloYo classes and retreats, Jessie helps people find balance in their lives and live a more inspired life - on and off the water.
Mandy Diamond, Lego® Serious Play® facilitator
We’re convinced Mandy has x-ray vision. Her intuition adapts to a group in a heartbeat, she hears what isn’t being said, and she sees hesitation when someone tries to get away with smiling and nodding. A founder of BlueZoneThinking and author of Leaders Developing Leaders, Mandy’s facilitation focuses on change management and strategy development. She links our lessons in self-awareness with hands-on awesomeness.
